Privacy Policy
Short version: your photos and PDFs stay with you, and we keep as little as we can about everything else.
Your files
Photos and PDFs are cleaned by code running inside your browser tab. The file is read from your disk, rewritten in memory and handed back as a download. It is not sent to our servers.
Video and RAW files are too heavy for a browser, so they are uploaded over HTTPS and cleaned on our server. The original is deleted as soon as the job finishes, and a clean copy is available only for a short time so you can download it, after which it is removed too. We do not look at the content, and we do not use your files to train anything.
API and MCP requests follow the same rule: the file is processed to produce the clean copy and is not kept afterwards.
Your account
Using the tools needs no account. If you create one, we store your email address, a hashed password (or the identifier of the sign-in provider you chose), your plan, and counters of how many files you cleaned so allowances can be enforced.
API keys are stored only as a hash. The full key is shown once, when you create it, and cannot be recovered afterwards.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the plan bought and a customer reference, which we keep for invoices and tax records.
Cookies and measurement
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a guest cookie that lets free allowances be counted before you register. When the site owner turns them on, traffic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity may also count page visits. None of this is tied to the content of the files you clean.
Messages you send us
If you write through the contact form we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and follow up. Support tickets are handled the same way.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the services needed to run the site, such as hosting, email delivery and payments, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your account and the data tied to it, and you can revoke API keys at any time from the dashboard. Write to us through the contact page and mention the email address on the account.
