Stripe subscriptions renew until cancelled. A supported PayPal one-off payment covers the selected period and then expires unless another payment is made. Checkout shows the methods currently available.
Cancel renewal from Billing. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refund requests are handled under the published refund policy; cancellation is not an automatic refund.
Yes. Guests can try 50 images and PDFs per day, 3 videos and 5 RAW photos per month. A Free account increases daily media capacity to 500, adds batches of 5, and includes API and MCP access.
Annual totals are $90 for Starter, $290 for Pro and $790 for Business in USD. These are paid yearly, not monthly. Annual billing costs 10 monthly payments for 12 months of access.
No. They share your account’s usage allowances. Using an integration does not create a second pool of files. Free accounts include API and MCP access, while guests do not.
Images, PDFs and document cleaning use the daily media allowance. Server-processed audio and supported photo conversions also draw from that allowance. Videos and RAW photos have separate monthly allowances. Daily media counters reset at midnight UTC; monthly counters use UTC calendar months.
New work subject to that allowance is refused until it resets or you move to a plan with enough capacity. A larger file or batch also needs to fit your plan’s size and batch limits. The service does not automatically charge an overage fee for exceeding a file allowance.
No. Annual billing changes the payment period and total price. It does not combine twelve monthly allowances into one large pool. The limits displayed for your selected plan still apply.
You can choose another plan through checkout and manage renewal in Billing. Cancelling a subscription keeps your access until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account moves to Free. Review the checkout amount and period before confirming a change.
No. Your plan determines capacity, not a different privacy promise. Supported browser tools clean locally; video, audio, RAW and formats requiring server conversion use temporary server processing. The Security page explains the difference.
